All we need is Ginger , garlic , tomato , Salted Vegetable , Light soya sauce , Salt , Xiang Chai , n seafood soy sauce.
Step 1
Sprinkle some salt on both side of the fish
Step 2
add in Ginger , Garlic into the stomach
Step 3
Pour 3 to 4 teaspoon of light soya sauce n seafood soy sauce
Step 4
Place Some tomato , ginger , garlic n salted vege in
Step 5
It's time to steam it . normally on high fire will be 15 to 20 min
