Default Fastest way to steam a fish

1. Fish (jus caught or buy)

2.Sliced Ginger (a must to break the smell)

3.Sliced Chilli

4. light soy sauce

The Fast way is cut the fish in 1/2 after de-scale use the tail part put 3-4 pcs sliced ginger n chilli on top n below the fish n add 1-2 teaspoon of light soy sauce, pinch some salt n sprinkle on it and its ready to steam for 10 -15min.

I've been seeing alot of chef steaming fish before during my part time job in the hotel previously. In order to have a fastest way to cook the fish, they will put a porcelain spoon in between the sliced fish...
